This project for the development of an island on the Loire River on the south-east side of Orleans, consists in city-council owned leisure facilities, as well as a private owned area. This site will be directly linked to the town by a gangway.


Three elements will be provided for in this placs : a ''country-club'' with various sport and leisure facilities for its members, a central area for passage, and an animation and accommodation area with hotels, meeting halls, and conference facilities for business life.
