Laid-out on a large 222 hectares area situated near a new town and accessible through two highways, this programme comprises of 2 distinct zones which will be successively developped.

l - A leisure and entertainment area planned around a 36 holes golf course, a large luxury hotel and 30 high-standing villas situated along a 10 hectares man-made lake.


2 - A business area which is closely connected to the other zone and includes two large public facilities : a big shopping center - 56.000 sq.m. - with gardens, restaurants, cafes, exhibitions hall, and an Exhibition Palace (15.000 sq.m.), meant to become the "shop-window" of local trades and "savoir-faire".
